- This is a medium roasted blend, fine ground and packaged in the UK.
- Grown in the high altitude farms of Honduras giving it a delicious medium body, with a thicker than water consistency, Mild acidity typically registering a 5.1 on the PH scale.
- Although medium roasted, beans from the region often give off a slightly darker taste.
Because of the location, altitude, growing process the beans earlier on in life will have absorbed the nutrients and minerals from the soil, this blend in particular will deliver a subtle sweet tone, with nutty/caramel under tones.
